My 3rd Raptor I recently purchased my third Raptor from Douglas Keeler. I bought a 2017 Raptor in May of this year and loved it. The dealership received a special edition black Raptor which I initially wanted but was not available. Flex always wanted another Raptor and after minimal negotiations over the phone, I bought another new Raptor and Flex bought mine. It was a win-win situation for both of us. Kevin Osborne was instrumental in this " Double Trade ", hats off to him. My wife recently purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKZ from Flex which she loves. There is never any pressure from anyone. This is the fourth vehicle purchased that Matt Wilde has handled and again was flawless. Our kids purchased vehicles from Flex and we recently purchased a car for our grandson from him. Will we continue to business with Machens and Flex ?, without a doubt. More

We felt like we were dealing with family (the ones you love). We were treated so good and no game playing like other dealers we have dealt with. They were honest, friendly and courteous with us. We love the truck. It rides and drives like a dream. Love how it syncs with our phones and everything is hands free for safety. Don't get me wrong. You still have to have your hands on the wheel driving but you never have to use your smartphone. I would buy from this dealer and sales friend again and recommend them to all our friends. More
