After doing business with Hennessy for over 20 years and truly enjoying every experience, I am truly disappointed to have to write a negative review. My wife and I have purchased over 18 vehicles from Hennessy, ranging from various Porsches to Range Rovers. I have always received what I felt was a fair deal and great service up to this point, and it's always been a top-notch experience. This week, I was looking to trade in a vehicle—which was fully optioned out, including a $7,000 wheel upgrade—on a new Porsche. This vehicle only had 2,000 miles on it and was in perfect condition. I did national research on what my car was worth with my specific options. I had a solid figure on what my car was worth based on the many options I had ordered on it. I also compared this to national sites such as KBB, etc. The person who valued my car was Drew Borges. The offer he gave me was insulting, to put it mildly, and was far less than what my car was worth (based on other valuations I received). No one else had offered me such a low amount, and it was far below what a 'base' model with many more miles was trading for. I asked for an explanation and didn't get one. I could not find one car with my options and mileage anywhere in the country for that price; only base models with several thousand more miles. What deeply concerns me is that Mr. Borges threw away 20 years of business and loyalty to squeeze me for a one-time deal. I would have happily taken a 'fair' deal, but what he did was insulting. He was willing to throw so many years of respectful and professional business out the door for a 'one and done deal'. They say loyalty doesn't exist anymore, and when I see someone like Mr. Borges treat me in this manner, it's the reason why people feel this way. Loyalty and good business aren't bought; they're earned. It takes years to establish and respect to fulfill. I watched this man ruin that in a matter of seconds, trying to rip me off for a quick buck and jeopardizing years of relationship just to do it. I feel bad for him that he doesn't 'get it'. He puts a bad name on Hennessy's excellent business and the years of hard work they have put into it. My only recommendation is that he learn a thing about respect, loyalty, and fairness. Feedback I received from other dealers was, "his offer was criminal," and "I would be embarrassed to offer someone that for your car." Drew, if you are reading this, you destroyed a 20-year relationship with your greed and lack of professionalism. As a business owner myself, nothing—and I mean nothing—is more important than a loyal and repeat customer. You should learn that. More

Heather is an exceptional sales rep and extremely delightful to deal with. She worked diligently through the trade-in process to enable my deal to work. She was also supported in that process by Drew Borges (Pre-owned Sales Mgr.) who was kind enough to call and discuss my trade-in vehicle to facilitate our deal. I also received a kind, helpful email from Andy Nguyen (Internet Sales Dir.). The entire dealership experience was handled quite professionally. Hennessy is certainly a Porsche dealership I would do business with again! More

There are not enough positive words I can say about Hennessy Porsche. From the first phone call I made to them about a pre-owned vehicle, to the purchase pickup at the dealership, and finally the follo Hennessy Porsche. From the first phone call I made to them about a pre-owned vehicle, to the purchase pickup at the dealership, and finally the followthrough after the sale - the entire experience was top notch customer service. I wasn't even there to buy a Porsche; I purchased a pre-owned BMW at a fairly low sales price. Regardless of how little I was spending in relation to their average price point, I was treated no differently than any other paying customer. Our sales rep Tito Esquivel went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcome in the showroom and throughout the buying process. I never felt like a bother even with my many questions. On the way home, we had an issue with the tires on the car, and Tito and the pre-owned sales manager Drew immediately jumped in to make it right. We traveled from Tampa up to Atlanta to buy this specific car, and I wish I could buy every car from them from here on out. We are previous Porsche owners, and frankly every other car dealership (especially other Porsche dealerships) could learn a lesson from Hennessy in how to treat their customers. As a former luxury retail manager with high expectations, I could not be more impressed with the level of service and care that we received. Just phenomenal. More
