Completely disrespectful Unfortunately I had a terrible sales experience at Hennessy Porsche! I thought I had purchased a 2019 GT3 , I had negotiated a trade-in, agreed to pay Unfortunately I had a terrible sales experience at Hennessy Porsche! I thought I had purchased a 2019 GT3 , I had negotiated a trade-in, agreed to pay full asking price! Signed a purchase agreement, sent a wire transfer for the full difference, Hennessy then prepared and reserved the transport to pick up my car and deliver the new one, I paid an extra $2,000 for that, was congratulated by the sales man, Gene McClure and now I'm waiting for my car to be picked up.. all done correctly. Well not for Hennessy Porsche, during the time it took to confirm the bank wire, Hennessy SOLD the car they had SOLD me to a walk-in. Unbelievably bad ethics, no respect or even an "I'm sorry " from the used car manager Drew something, he tried to make it seem i had done something wrong, further antagonizing me, great customer service tactics. Unfortunately Hennessy give the Porsche brand a bad wrap, these are not fair people. More

The management fully supports their sales team and service personnel. They provide them the latitude to do their jobs, while resolving issues with customers when needed. Hennessy views their customers as long term clients, not just a sales transaction. This philosophy is top down driven. I have to assume Hennessy is pushing the right buttons, because they continue to receive annual brand recognition from Porsche. Greg Jordan is our go to person. Greg is one of these car guys that is thoroughly knowledgeable of the brand as well as each model. He is also very knowledgeable of brand history. Our first purchase was a Cayenne, followed by a hybrid Panamera and now a 911. Each transaction has been an excellent experience. Greg helped us through the sales process. He is also excellent in the delivery process as well. Greg is always available via cell phone, text or email. Replies are very timely. If you want a good contact to buy a Porsche, call Greg. More

The attention to detail, the ease of getting through the purchase/trade-in process, the knowledge of all things Porsche and specifically the Cayenne model and how we were made to feel like part of a family....all of these things really made our purchase experience an enjoyable one! Drew was our initial contact and really assisted us with finding the right car for us. David then worked with us from there and really listened to us and never tried to hard sell us on anything. He, David, has also been very thorough with his follow up since our purchase...which has been a great comfort to us since this is such a big investment for us. Everything has been really refreshing for us and made the entire process a fun and pain free one! Not something we could ever say about our previous car purchases. More

Scott is very pleasant and did the entire negotiation by phone and text. He was a little intransigent on price initially even though the car I wanted had been on the lot for many months and not sold at the price he was looking for. Eventually I had to point out to him that almost the same car was priced much cheaper in Tampa and had to get Drew Borges involved and then he was more accommodating with the price so we could make a deal Once the price was agreed the rest of the process was pretty smooth More
