Finally, after a number of year and a series of lesser red sports cars I was able to locate and purchase my desired Cayman -- in Guards Red of course, from Hennessy Porsche. From the moment my two college-age sons and I walked into the dealership, we were impressed with the friendliness, knowledge, and consistent professionalism of the entire staff. And the cars. Sally Moore lead me through the entire search, multiple test drives, decision, purchase, and the final delivery process. This was the most fun I have ever had purchasing a car. Sally is the ONLY salesperson I have met in many years of car buying experience who knew more about the cars than I. She was excellent in all aspects: professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about Porsches, which impressed me. As she said at the completion of the transaction: "The stars really lined up right for you today." So true, because I purchased the exact Porsche I wanted at a fair price. Others on the staff exhibited similarly pleasant and constructive attitudes, including Drew Borges, Jamey Holt, and the young man who prepped the car for delivery. I never felt like I was being "sold to" and I appreciate everyone's sincere interest in Porsches -- everyone was a sports car enthusiast, like me. I now feel like I have joined a group of good people truly interested in exceptional cars. To top it all off, when I drove the Cayman into the driveway at home, my entire family ran out of the house cheering and taking pictures. No buyer's remorse here! The Cayman is fabulous. I was surprised and pleased to find Greg Jordan at Hennessy as I had leased a couple of cars from him at another dealership. As always Greg was willing to spend the time to answer all of my questions and call when cars were available that he felt would be of interest to me. When we found that perfect car, Greg quickly and professionally arranged for the valuation of the trade by Drew Borges, the financing by Jamey Holt and set up the time and date. When I arrived, the purchase of the car was like clockwork. What a team! Greg was very thorough and detailed throughout the purchase and delivery process. The follow up after the sale has also been great, never intrusive, just simply great! More

This is my 6th new Porsche purchased from Hennessy since 2012... a 2014 Panamera GTS, and my first post on DealerRater (about time, eh Mike?). Mike McPherson was my sales guy (again) and the only Porsche sa 2012... a 2014 Panamera GTS, and my first post on DealerRater (about time, eh Mike?). Mike McPherson was my sales guy (again) and the only Porsche sales professional in many years who knows more about the brand than me - and I like to think I know just a bit. OK, so I am a Porsche enthusiast. I also live in Virginia. I regularly drive 680+ miles to Atlanta to bring my shiny, slightly used, offerings to Drew (pre-owned sales) and I always get a fair price. I work Mike pretty hard on the new car deals and while Mark Venti and Michael Caldwell are usually in the mix too, I always get a fair price. This is a tough business. There's lots of competition and lots of Porsche dealers out there. But in my opinion the Hennessy team have something special, a secret sauce. They treat their clients with respect, consideration, and absolute professionalism and in my case it's been the norm on six separate occasions. They have an excellent rapport with PCNA in Atlanta and in the past were able to intercede on my behalf when an initial delivery problem cropped up with a new vehicle - to my great relief and complete satisfaction. I have never received this sustained level of relationship management over time from any other Porsche dealer in the US, and I have been through a few. It's what keeps me coming back! So thanks guys, I appreciate your ongoing commitment to excellence. In this day and age it's pretty unique. And for everybody who reads this post, try these folks out. I decided to move from a 2008 Cayman to a used 911 Carrera this summer so I stopped by Hennessy to see what was available. Sally Moore spent a great deal of time establishing parameters during the visit and kept us informed as to what was passing through the lot on trades. We stopped by Hennessy to say hello to Sally and Drew Borges had accepted a 2009 Carrera on a trade just before our arrival. Drew let us look over the vehicle prior to it going to the shop and we agreed if everything was acceptable we would try to work out a trade. Drew, Sally and Greg Jordan assisted us very professionally and quickly through the inspection and purchase process. I would recommend this team of professionals to anyone anticipating a Porsche purchase. More
