I don't see myself as the typical Porsche customer and I was half expecting to be disregarded or not taken seriously when I walked in the Porsche showroom at 530 PM on a Saturday evening. I had no idea they were closing at 6PM. Greg Jordan offered to assist me and treated me like a valued customer. He was exceptionally accommodating, polite and courteous. He was also quite knowledgeable and explained all the features of the 2015 Macan I was considering. I was SOLD but I never felt pushed or manipulated. Straightforward and open, he did an outstanding job. I bought the car the next business day. I worked with Michael Caldwell for financing and he was a hoot! Eazy breezy! Right when I was driving off the lot, I had one more question and found Drew Borges! He was just as personable and helpful as Greg and Mike were. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, I couldn't believe I'd had any trepidation about visiting the dealership. What do I know, huh? More

I recently traded my 2014 Cayman S for the recently introduced 2017 718 Boxster S. Being my first convertible made this purchase especially exciting for me. The sales process for stress free given that John has developed my trust and confidence since my first purchase in 2009. My trade in was handled fairly as well. I do want to emphasize how great the Hennessy Porsche service is. Joel Hughes is currently my primary service advisor and I am pleased to say that I have never had better! And master detailer Mike Schipani keeps my Porsches looking like new!!! More

I purchased the car on a Monday and was told due a technical and financial situation that I could not pick the car up for approximately 10 days until check clear... Although Mike, Drew and Jamie accommodated me earlier, it was a headache to know I purchased a car and could not get it for a week. Otherwise, the service was awesome and Mike McPherson delivered car to and explained every aspect of the buttons and top to bottom of the car. He was very knowledgeable and nice to work with. More

Not only did Scott work hard to get the deal done he did so without showing any of the irritation I know I must have caused him. Finally, after a number of year and a series of lesser red sports cars I was able to locate and purchase my desired Cayman -- in Guards Red of course, from Hennessy Porsche. From the moment my two college-age sons and I walked into the dealership, we were impressed with the friendliness, knowledge, and consistent professionalism of the entire staff. And the cars. Sally Moore lead me through the entire search, multiple test drives, decision, purchase, and the final delivery process. This was the most fun I have ever had purchasing a car. Sally is the ONLY salesperson I have met in many years of car buying experience who knew more about the cars than I. She was excellent in all aspects: professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about Porsches, which impressed me. As she said at the completion of the transaction: "The stars really lined up right for you today." So true, because I purchased the exact Porsche I wanted at a fair price. Others on the staff exhibited similarly pleasant and constructive attitudes, including Drew Borges, Jamey Holt, and the young man who prepped the car for delivery. I never felt like I was being "sold to" and I appreciate everyone's sincere interest in Porsches -- everyone was a sports car enthusiast, like me. I now feel like I have joined a group of good people truly interested in exceptional cars. To top it all off, when I drove the Cayman into the driveway at home, my entire family ran out of the house cheering and taking pictures. No buyer's remorse here! The Cayman is fabulous.
