Just bought a Subaru Outback Wilderness from them on 9/21/22. I ordered it as there was not really any in stock and wanted a specific build. I was able to walk in with a build sheet from the Subaru webs 9/21/22. I ordered it as there was not really any in stock and wanted a specific build. I was able to walk in with a build sheet from the Subaru website and I was able to order it without an issue. There was no hassle or talk of markups. I never got pushed to buy anything more or add any packages or extended warranty. It was mentioned as an option but I never was made to feel that I needed to. I had even found my own financing before picking up the car and brought it in. They asked if I wanted to see their finance options and I figured it wouldn't hurt. They came back with an option and after looking it over I decided to stay with what I had. Dean Team did not bat an eye and just set it up with my chosen bank and we were on our way. My salesman Sam was easy to get a hold of over text and email and answered all my questions and kept me in the loop at every step. I haven't bought a new car in 20 years and Dean Team Subaru made it easy and hassle free. I would go back the next time I need a Subaru without hesitation. More
