I’ll be honest. My salesperson Drew was very pleasant to deal with and actually made the car leasing experience during COVID seamless and pleasant. However, there was a slight communication error on includi deal with and actually made the car leasing experience during COVID seamless and pleasant. However, there was a slight communication error on including all weather mats in the deal. I believe Drew tried his best in good faith to make good on our previous deal, which was documented in text messages. However, could not make it happen and i had to speak to general manager, Lennie Roman. Lennie’s desire to emphasize the car salesmen pitch of “you got the best deal” rather than acknowledging and accepting there was a communication error and in good faith honor the deal of including all weather mats with the car ultimately left a sour taste with him and the dealership. Especially, since this is a discussion over $150 not $1,500. One would have thought the value would be placed on future relationships, potential customer referrals to their dealership, and the pride of closing deals by honoring your word and acting in good faith. Not the case. Thus, in closing if you choose to purchase from this dealership my recommendation is that you not take possession until everything you’ve negotiated is in writing or handed to you to avoid any similar situations. More
