It’s still sitting at their sister dealership and listed online for sale with a price change. Poor business, lack of ethics, and straight up liars! STILL don't have my deposit back. Have contacted FL dep of ag and consumer service and consulting an attorney. Avoid them at all costs. More

This Dealership is a total SCAM and Fraud. When the car was delivered all of the paperwork had a wrong address. They took the paperwork back to the dealer. They also tool a Lincoln they promised to Return was delivered all of the paperwork had a wrong address. They took the paperwork back to the dealer. They also tool a Lincoln they promised to Return and provide me with a receipt. For the next 12 days I called the Pembroke pine Subaru and left multiple messages. I never received a return call. I called Subaru of North America Yesterday To Inquire what the problem is. Several hours later Duane Massa Called me. He denied everything and promised my documents within 1 hour. They never came. Duane Massa admitted in a e mail that my paperwork was not yet complete ( even though i signed it 12 days prior) and that my Lincoln had not been returned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ZERO STARS More
