However, dealing with Rob was an excellent experience as he was not pushy, whatsoever, and did not put me in any sort of uncomfortable conversations/situations throughout my dealings. I previously dealt (20+ years) with a dealership in Winter Haven and all of my contacts there have since retired, so I decided to try a dealer closer to my home. I'm glad I shopped with Kisselback Ford and really happy with Rob. I strongly suggest him as as sales professional and would expect you to have a flawless visit and purchase, should you decide to do so. Totally seamless in my opinion. Also, PJ Sinclair is tremendous in the service department. He has serviced my two Lincoln's for years and no one has been more customer oriented than Mr. Sinclair. Thank you, PJ. More
