Don’t have Manny Lopez as a service consult. His has poor customer service. He won’t call when he says he will for updates. He will also not check if you have warranty coverage until the very en His has poor customer service. He won’t call when he says he will for updates. He will also not check if you have warranty coverage until the very end so you’ll have to bum rides because you don’t get a loaner car. And he won’t tell you that your car won’t be looked at or touch that day even with an appointment when you drop off your car. He’ll call you towards the end of the day and promise to get the part they don’t have in stock on the Oder sheet but then doesn’t actually check if it’s on there until the next day and then won’t call to tell you it wasn’t ordered and then you have to call for an update and only then does he tell you that it wasn’t ordered. Whatever you do get a different service rep! If you get Manny you get Screwed! More
