I ended up purchasing the vehicle I had in mind, and Dustin was welcoming, knowledgeable, and not aggressive like some others I've spoke to at other dealerships. My experience at CardinaleWay and with Dustin is a 10/10. I had a great experience with Dustin and Sergio CardinaleWay Mazda. I worked initially with Sergio via email (as well as with multiple other dealers), and appreciated beyond words that they provide CardinaleWay Mazda. I worked initially with Sergio via email (as well as with multiple other dealers), and appreciated beyond words that they provided me an out-the-door price that was very fair without insisting I come down to the dealership before they would give me a price. I met Dustin at the dealership. He was very knowledgeable about the CX-5 and answered all my questions. And, after my daughter mentioned that my son has just bought a Miata, Sergio and Dustin were able to get me another $750 off the price. The entire experience was easy and enjoyable and I never felt pushed to purchase an add-on or extra that I didn't want. I highly recommend the dealership and everyone I worked with. More
