A sign on the door said to stay with the vehicle when I brought my car in and it took over 20 min before someone came out and when I came to pick up my car no one came out even tho many saw me sitting ther brought my car in and it took over 20 min before someone came out and when I came to pick up my car no one came out even tho many saw me sitting there so I had to go in before I got help More

Overall horrible experience and wait time for service completion. Made an appointment over two weeks in advance. For recall issue and a transmission issue. It still took almost two weeks to complete. The completion. Made an appointment over two weeks in advance. For recall issue and a transmission issue. It still took almost two weeks to complete. Then had issues with a loaner vehicle and well as the service director. Never go back again!! More
