Ordered a GMC 2500 Denali early 2021, vehicle came in February 2022 and I wasn't even notified. I called only to be told it had been sold. I spoke to the ordering manager and had another one ordered. The February 2022 and I wasn't even notified. I called only to be told it had been sold. I spoke to the ordering manager and had another one ordered. The price was a few thousand higher then my original order, I was assured that I wouldn't pay anything over what my original order invoice was. 2nd order comes in and it's not priced at my original order invoice and Henry Brown wouldn't stand behind the price I was guaranteed plus added on all this additional stuff I told them I originally didn't want . Also they pulled my credit 8 times and said they never pulled it and that those must have been soft pulls, soft pulls don't show up as inquiries. Then proceeded to tell me they couldn't get a bank to finance the truck and needed to submitit to more banks. Which one is it? You never checked my credit but yet can't get a bank to accept the loan?? Needless to say I walked. So here I am over a year later and still NO TRUCK!!! So not only do they sell your orders out from under you they don't keep their word!! Avoid this dealership at all costs!! More

Pretty seamless negotiation and transaction. Made buying from out-of-state fairly easy. Overall very happy with my new-to-me GMC Yukon XL. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I would give 4.5 Stars because I was saddled with last minute dealer ad-ons in typical fashion (that were not asked for or disclosed in the listed sales price); which, would not be removed. They would not budge on the KARR alarm (kind of useless), and the truck did not get the "AutoMate" treatment in any fashion. It was run through a cheap-o car wash and had some ArmorAll sloshed on. To finish the deal and get to the final paperwork, I accepted the final price despite the groveling. More

I realize times are very tough these days when it comes to buying a new vehicle. My problem is placed an order in March only to find out it wasn't placed when I call in April to check on getting the VIN. to buying a new vehicle. I called in May and again the order was never placed. My nature normally would be to just go somewhere else. But I gave it another try. I was told the order was placed and in most probably I would receive a new car in April 2022. I was okay with this. Then in January I decided to purchase a different vehicle and was told everything I asked for was in this vehicle. Well that was not true. I wanted the interior to be beige, it was black and I specifically wanted 19 inch wheels and the car had 18 inch wheels. I had to come back two weeks later and wait 3 hours to have the 19 inch wheels installed. I am not likely to buy another vehicle from this dealership. More

Dwayne =A+ customer service - He helped my teen and I get into her vehicle over a weekend while it was being serviced. She didn’t have an extra set of keys so he suggested OnStar.
