Great Dealership! I go there for service all the time and had built a relationship with my service advisor. My sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable about both trucks. When it came time to buy, my sales guy had my best interest in mind. He helped me navigate the buying process to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. My sales guy was real, down to earth and became a trusted partner in this process. Truly a remarkable and incredible buying experience. I live in Los Angeles and found one of their second hand Jeeps online. I called and had a no-nonsense price discussion with Dwayne and Joe that took a live in Los Angeles and found one of their second hand Jeeps online. I called and had a no-nonsense price discussion with Dwayne and Joe that took about 5 minutes, not much to negotiate as the advertised price was 100% reasonable already (and about 10-15% cheaper than equivalent vehicles in Los Angeles) Booked a LAX>PHX flight for later that day and landed at 330pm on a Sunday. As I was on the plane, Joe and Dwayne were creating the purchase paperwork. On arrival in PHX, Dwayne met be curbside at the airport in the Jeep I was buying, I signed the docs right there at the airport, then Dwayne hopped out and took an Uber back to the dealership. Was about 15 minutes from the time I stepped off the airplane to the time I was on the 10 fwy westbound to Los Angeles. Never experienced or even heard about customer service like this. Oh, and the Jeep is EXACTLY as advertised. What more could you possibly ask for from a dealership. Honestly, efficiency, and going above and beyond the call of duty to make the buying experience pleasant. Thank you Dwayne and Joe! More
