Henry Brown Buick-GMC is hands down the best dealership I have ever visited. The sole reason I bought my new Envision from Henry Brown was because of my exceptionally amazing service advisor, Mike Mead who have ever visited. The reason I will buy my next car from Henry Brown is because of Dwayne Champion who helped me find the car I purchased 2 days ago. Dwayne was incredibly kind, patient, respectful and had a great sense of humor that was needed in 107-degree temperatures. He provided so many options to help make sure my decision was the best for me. Mike then looked at the car I chose to make sure it was perfect and gave me his advice which was greatly appreciated. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. I spent today getting to know my new car and truly feel happy about my decision. Well let me tell you I left. My service manual at the dealership and called serval times and no one has answer me. Then I was charged a service charged at my bank became my old bank do not receive th dealership and called serval times and no one has answer me. Then I was charged a service charged at my bank became my old bank do not receive the payoff from your dealership had to place a stop payment on a payment that was taking out my account for thirty dollars. Was told that it would be returned to me .Still waiting for owners manual to arrive.NOT A VERY Happy customer now, called DwayneC four times and no response for him. Great Dealership! I go there for service all the time and had built a relationship with my service advisor. When it came time for me to look at trucks, I called him and he suggested the best sales guy ever! had built a relationship with my service advisor. My sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable about both trucks. When it came time to buy, my sales guy had my best interest in mind. He helped me navigate the buying process to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. My sales guy was real, down to earth and became a trusted partner in this process.
