We are a loyal Toyota family, extending back many years when my wife and I each bought our first Toyotas. We recently decided to purchase a 2020 Prius Prime, based on great financial incentives and based on a good trade-in value for our 2017 Prius Prime (a terrific car). DCH and Melissa found the car we wanted (color, package, etc.) on very short notice. Indeed, the transaction was completed in less than a week. This was remarkable, given that this all took place over the Christmas-to-New Year time window. Everything was seamless and smooth from start to finish. This is the fourth time we have purchased a car from DCH, each time with Melissa as our sales consultant. Previously, we had purchased Toyotas through other dealerships; by comparison, DCH is top-tier. Melissa could not be better to work with. We have recommended DCH and Melissa to others.
