The service at Colonial VW is excellent. The service advisors always explain the service in easy to understand terms. They never use high pressure for service. My service advisor, Dylan, was great; knowledgeable and communicative. Unfortunately, the quality of the repair was poor. In replacing a DEF line, the technician broke every plastic clip, left trim disconnected, lost portions of trim, and overall put minimal effort into completing a quality repair. Warranty work is not necessarily fun or easy, but there was zero pride in the work displayed. More
