I drive from Boston to have my cars serviced at Colonial Volkswagen in Westborough because of Kevin and Billy. Kevin and Billy always go above and beyond to service my cars and even help me decide on which Volkswagen in Westborough because of Kevin and Billy. Kevin and Billy always go above and beyond to service my cars and even help me decide on which new cars to get. They take the time to graciously answer all my questions. The phones are answered when I call the service department and we even text. I like when I pick the car up it’s freshly washed. More
