Overall had a very good experience. Olivia was great. Very knowledgeable. Following the execution of the deal though, have some concerns about the Matthew’s Service plan that was pushed Olivia was great. Very knowledgeable. Following the execution of the deal though, have some concerns about the Matthew’s Service plan that was pushed during the transaction. A big part of the service plan is savings on the services such as oil changes and tire rotations. However, I found out after the fact that those services are already included for free by Hyundai for 3 years/36K miles. That was not mentioned/disclosed while I was considering the service package. In hindsight that feels misleading, even if unintentional. More
