Born and raised in Northeast Ohio. Before coming to work at Preston I was a long time customer here. This is the only dealership I felt more than just a number. Prior to coming here to do Finance, I spent 5 years with quicken loans as mortgage loan officer / director. I enjoy spending my time away from work with my wife and two sons, My hobbies include making music and golfing. I attended Kent State university as well as Cleveland state university studying business, finance, and marketing. I also work in the nursery business with my father. Everyday is a learning experience and an opportunity to become better. Working at Preston has been one of the best decisions I have made. I would not want to be anywhere else.

It started with a phone call to see if the dealership still had the vehicle that we were interested in. We asked if it could be pulled aside & we were coming that afternoon to look at it. Tom Z. greeted us as soon as we entered the dealership, went with us to do a test drive, & we discussed a few of our concerns. He was able to get our concerns addressed (cracked windshield). Unfortunately, this was the evening of the storms & losing power. Tom Z kept in contact with us every day with an update regarding power being back on & moving the transaction forward. He spoke with Dylan about what our terms were for a payment, Interest rate, & including an extended warranty. Everyone we interacted with exhibited excellent customer service & was able to meet our terms with financing. The vehicle was for my daughter. When we arrived on Saturday to pick it up, Tom Z. took the time to make this a very special moment for my daughter as this was her 1st vehicle that she was purchasing on her own at the age of 17 & had her heart set on a Jeep Wrangler as it was what her dad always drove (prior to him passing). The smile he helped to put on her face was priceless & unforgettable. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, by far Preston made the experience the best of all. Tom Z was amazing. If/when I am in the market again in search of a vehicle, I will definitely be a returning customer & working with Tom Z. again. A sincere thank you to Tom Z. & Dylan for helping make my daughter's dream come true. She absolutely loves her Jeep! More

I have purchased many cars over my 47 years of diving and this experience surpassed all others. From the initial contact (out of state since I’m in Michigan) to driving my car out of the lot, I was treated this experience surpassed all others.
