Be prepared to wait. ..and wait..and wait. Routine maintenance (oil change, etc) will have you there 3 - 4 hours if you wait for the car. I recently took my car in for m ..and wait..and wait. Routine maintenance (oil change, etc) will have you there 3 - 4 hours if you wait for the car. I recently took my car in for maintenance and to have it detailed. Sport was to provide a loaner. Getting the car checked in and the loaner took 2 1/2 hours...then they had my car for 2 days. This isnt a one-off scenario - it's my experience every time I go to Sport. They do a great job but they need to speed up the admin processes. Sport is one of 2 dealerships I use and the other has me in and out in an hour if I wait during maintenance. If they could speed up the check-in process to something reasonable (should this really take more than a few minutes?) they'd get a 4 and if they could get the maintenance down to at least 90 minutes, they'd get a 5.
