My purchasing experience could have been better. I very much dislike when the sales person has to run back and forth to their manager to get approval for a deal. That's a very old car sales tactic, I very much dislike when the sales person has to run back and forth to their manager to get approval for a deal. That's a very old car sales tactic, and I'm shocked that a dealership that sells premium vehicles in 2025 still uses that tired old game which was used on me when I purchased my first new car in 1975. Frankly, I found it insulting to my intelligence. Also, the upselling from the finance manager that took place after completing the purchase of my new vehicle was equally appalling. I realize why it was done AFTER completing the sale, because if they did that during the purchasing process, I would've walked away. My advice from a customer's viewpoint is be better than that. As far as recommending TC Lexus, I'll reserve that decision until after I've experienced the treatment I receive from them when my new Lexus needs maintenance or repairs. Service after the sale will be the difference maker for me. I'm disappointed that I was never even introduced to the dealership's service manager, so I consider that to be a big miss too. Unfortunately, this survey forces me to complete the recommendation portion, so that also forces me to NOT be able to recommend the dealership (at this time). As I stated in my previous comment, I would have preferred to remain neutral on my recommendation option at this time. More

Add on protective and maintenance applications were well explained by Steve Kritikos and I was given personalized guidance on the vehicle’s operation by Dylan Smith. I am most happy with my new Lexus LX600 and I would heartily recommend the dealership and sales person Paul Licausi. More

We have been loyal customers to Palm Beach Lexus for years We have heard since automation took over the dealership it was not the same We went to buy a new Lexus on Oct 5 The salesman was fine u years We have heard since automation took over the dealership it was not the same We went to buy a new Lexus on Oct 5 The salesman was fine until we said we did not want extended warranties Insurance on inside or outside the car It was added to our bill anyway And then $3000!dealer fee was added We stated we did not agree to any of that His finance abruptly came in Abruptly said that's the deal We walked out Started dealing w two other Lexus Dealerships ( each over an hour away) Lucky for us Ana from Treasure Coast started communicating Was knowledgeable Honest w the delivery dates We took the drive to Treasure Coast Lexus and the whole experience was aces From everyone to everything We left after we signed for our new Lexus Picked it up 2 days More
