The was delivered with damages not previously mentioned. Drove the car 175miles without permission. Offered repairs within a week, but actual repairs scheduled after a month and half. Lastly within 1 month Drove the car 175miles without permission. Offered repairs within a week, but actual repairs scheduled after a month and half. Lastly within 1 month after purchasing the car that had apparently passed hundreds of inspection points, the check engine light came on. Very frustrating and terrible experience. More

The young man that helped us (ED) was very easy going he did not rush us or pushed any certain vehicle on us. It was and still is a very comfortable feeling buying a BMW from Niello BMW of Elk Grove. I have had several types of cars in my life time but BMW feels like FAMILY!!! Everyone is so kind and willing to help because they want my experience to be the best which means so much since this is my 1st feels like FAMILY!!!
