His communication was prompt throughout the process, and when I arrived at the dealership, everything was prepared exactly as promised. He respected my time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’d also like to recognize Tommy, the Sales Manager, who was equally impressive. He was professional, straightforward, and worked with me to provide a very fair value for my trade-in. I never felt pressured, and the entire negotiation process was honest, respectful, and customer-focused. One thing that really stood out was their integrity. Before I finalized the purchase, I requested additional paperwork that I wanted to review before signing. Both Tommy and Ozzie assured me there was nothing to worry about and promised they would send everything first thing Monday morning. I decided to move forward based on that commitment, and they absolutely delivered. Around 10:00 a.m. Monday, I received every document I had requested, and everything matched exactly what we had discussed at the dealership. There were no surprises, no hidden details, and no last-minute changes—just complete transparency and follow-through. That level of honesty and commitment says a lot about a dealership. It’s easy to make promises during a sale, but it’s much more meaningful when those promises are kept after you’ve driven off the lot. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve had. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new BMW 5 Series and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service, professionalism, and integrity shown by both Ozzie and Tommy. The Niello BMW Elk Grove Sales Service and Management all go Above and Beyond to keep you happy. They make sure you walk off their property happy and satisfied. In my opinion if I can I would give Alexis G go Above and Beyond to keep you happy. They make sure you walk off their property happy and satisfied. Alexis G did such a fantastic job in making sure I felt comfortable and he kept me in the loop and kept it real with me. I appreciated his honesty and his dedication to keep us happy he kept joking and keeping us company so we dont get bored in the process of waiting. I'd buy cars from BMW again and again like I have been and I'd use Alex G as my sales person because he listened he understands and he does not sell us stuff we dont ask for. He goes head straight to what you ask for no beating around straight to the point! BMW you have a great one keep him if you want us to keep coming back! He is a keeper!
