Quick and Easy New Car Purchase Nick Hammond helped me to walk out with a new Subaru Impreza hatchback Premium 3.0 four days after making the decision to buy a red one. New Vehicle Purchase My husband and I visited this dealership in February when he was looking at the Subaru Outback at my request. He was skeptical about purchasing a Su My husband and I visited this dealership in February when he was looking at the Subaru Outback at my request. He was skeptical about purchasing a Subaru after having owned a 1998 Forester which he had problems with and traded in for another vehicle in 2010. He purchased the Outback. During the same visit, I test drove the Cross Trek and liked it very much. My husband worked with Miroslaw "Mike" Mazek during the purchase of the Outback. After several months, I was ready to purchase a car. We asked for Miroslaw when we arrived; unfortunately he was not in. I was fairly certain I wanted the Cross Trek, but wanted to test drive it again. I also drove the Forester at that time which was recommended by the salesperson we were working with that day, Mike P. I now had a dilemma. I was unsure of which vehicle I wanted. I told Mike P. I was certain I wanted to purchase one of the 2 vehicles, but needed to decide which one. I said I would be back on Saturday and asked if he could have both vehicles side by side on the lot. He said he would ask Miroslaw to arrange this for Saturday as we had come in asking to work with Miroslaw. Mike P was very knowlegeable and I felt no pressure to make a decision the first day I came in. When arriving on Saturday, Miroslaw M had both cars waiting as I had asked. I drove both again and decided on the Cross Trek. We met with Mike Ward and Ed Chen briefly on that day. I picked up my new Cross Trek 4 days later. Miroslaw was very knowlegeable and thorough in going over the car and other options available. Ed Chen was also thorough in explaining additional options and the financing experience was quick and easy. More

Excellent People, excellent service I have been a customer of Quality Subaru for over 3 years. The lease on my Outback was expiring and I visited the team for some advise and information I have been a customer of Quality Subaru for over 3 years. The lease on my Outback was expiring and I visited the team for some advise and information. My salesperson was Nick Hammond and he helped me make a great decision as to what I should do. With his knowledge and customer service and with some assistance from Mike Ward they got me into a new lease with exactly how much I wanted to spend. They went out of our way to help me and make the transition seamless. I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle. Quality is best in the business hands down. Thanks to Nick, Mike and Ed. More
