FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE IN EVERY WAY I just purchased a brand new 2018 Crosstrek last week. Helena worked with me to figured out exactly what i wanted-she truly cared about my though I just purchased a brand new 2018 Crosstrek last week. Helena worked with me to figured out exactly what i wanted-she truly cared about my thoughts on every feature of the car, down to color and really made the car buying experience a great one! Ed in finance took the time to connect and make a personal connection and help ensure i was getting the best coverage for my car and ran over potentials in case of an accident-in extreme detail. He relieved my stress and made signing a painless experience! I've previously been in the Service center with Paul and Britt-both of which were an absolute pleasure to work with and they made sure i was well aware of all the details of my repair before walking out and even gave me a quote. They are both friendly, personable and more than willing to answer my questions/concerns. They both really took the time to understand my individual needs. I would highly recommend purchasing or even servicing your car here! They are absolutely fantastic and really make you feel at home. These guys always go the extra mile! More

My friend had purchased her subaru from here, and it was an incredibly positive purchase so I knew I wanted to get my vehicle here. Chris was very knowledgable and patient. Listened to what I wanted and put me in my dream car. The whole crew is very friendly, but I am so glad I ended up with Chris. He answered every question, I felt absolutely no pressure and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the experience I had with quality. Ed was great too, very thorough and organized. He made the finance part very easy and understandable. I can't say enough positive things about quality! More

A very different experience from the other dealerships we had dealt with in the past! Our sales person was Michael Schweikert, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. The trade in was easy, the trade in price fair. Ed Chen was so easy to work with in the finance department. The sales people and the staff who work for Quality Subaru are very helpful and friendly. I came in after purchasing my car to pick up my winter matts, and was treated with more smiles and such a willingness to help from the sales staff. Michael wasn't there the day I came in, and the other sales people treated me like I had purchased the vehicle from them. I called service they don't rush you off the phone, they are not condescending and are pleased to help with questions asked. I appreciate this dealership! Mr. Joe Blichfeldt, your staff is wonderful! Excellent experience from start to finish! We came to Quality Subaru to find a replacement for our 11 year old Saturn Vue. We believed the Forester would be a potential match in size and handling, so we wanted a test-drive. Our sales consultant, Brendan Murphy, who admitted he was very new to the firm and the business, was outstanding. Brendan has a wealth of knowledge about the features and performance of the cars he is selling. He has an easy-going way that is customer-centric. At no time did we feel pressured in any way to make a decision. We ended up trading in two vehicles for two Foresters! Being new, Brendan seemed to have a few people watching over his shoulder...and they were all very friendly and professional as well. The entire operation at Quality Subaru seems solid, like they are family. We also love their donation program and were happy to help support the Connecticut Humane Society. We are very happy with our new Foresters, and would highly recommend Brendan and his team to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a car! More

We started our first visit to the dealership informing Chris that we wouldn’t decide until returning from vacation. The visit lasted 2-1/2 hours and included a test drive, discussion on all available models and options. Chris’ personality is welcoming and product knowledge exemplary. He spent time getting to know my wife and I to ensure that the car selected would fit our lifestyle and daily commute. We walked away knowing that a Premium level Crosstrek with Eye Sight was what we wanted along with detailed pricing based on a similar model that was in stock. 2 weeks later, we called Chris to move forward and he found the exact 2018 Crosstrek that we wanted (color, options) on an upcoming shipment from the factory. Chris reminded us that getting the exact car was worth the wait instead of settling for another color or options. In under 2 weeks, the car arrived at the dealership and a remote starter installed. Before our pick-up appointment, Chris and Finance Manager, Ed Chen, completed a large portion of the paperwork and upon arrival, our shiny black Crosstrek was parked by the entrance for everyone to admire and many other customers did while we were there. The final walk & drive thru was detailed and reassuring explaining all of the Eye Sight technology that is great but a bit daunting at first. The facility is in the middle of a major upgrade and after touring it, we are confident that the technicians will be working in state of art facilities. The overall atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. I highly recommend Chris and team for your Subaru needs. We drove to Wallingford to buy our Subaru vs buying it in Milford (where we live) because of his professionalism and superior customer service. More
