Excellent Fast and No Pressure We recently purchased a new Crosstrek here. Mark Soll came out to talk to us even though the dealership had already closed for the day. He stayed late We recently purchased a new Crosstrek here. Mark Soll came out to talk to us even though the dealership had already closed for the day. He stayed late, found out exactly what we were looking for, which didn't match anything in their current inventory. We returned a few days later and Mark had found the exact model we wanted and we were offered a great price right from the start. Ed Chen and Mark had everything ready and delivery went very smoothly, every option and accessory we wanted was installed and nothing was overlooked. A great experience overall. More

Terrific Expeience I have bought four new cars in my life and for the most part, hated the experience. I always left the dealership thinking I either got taken, or could I have bought four new cars in my life and for the most part, hated the experience. I always left the dealership thinking I either got taken, or could have done better.. This month I bought my fifth new car, a fully loaded Subaru Legacy, from Quality Subaru. The experience was a pleasure! The presentation was low key, without pressure or gimmick. Using True Car Value as well as the BJ auto buying certificate program further took the anxiety out having to "negotiate" a price. In short, my wife and I love the car and thank Chad for a great experience. More

Friendly, knowledgeable salesperson; no-pressure purchase We began our car search last year (Spring 2014) looking at Honda, Toyota, Mazda and Subaru. As lifelong Honda and Toyota owners, we were initially ske We began our car search last year (Spring 2014) looking at Honda, Toyota, Mazda and Subaru. As lifelong Honda and Toyota owners, we were initially skeptical about considering a Subaru for our next purchase; however, that changed when we did the research, test drove the Forester and spoke with Ralph Aquino at Quality Subaru. Even though Ralph knew that we did not intend an immediate purchase, he still took the time to make sure that we were informed consumers. He was friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure and willing to answer all our questions and concerns. We were so impressed with Ralph's knowledge and experience, that we returned to Quality Subaru one year later to do business with him. The professional, no-pressure environment of the Quality dealership extended to our dealings with Ed Chen in the business office as well. We are now proud owners of a 2015 Subaru Forester, and we look forward to many years of reliable performance. More

Good bunch of sales people I just bought a 2015 Crosstrek and I have to say the sales process was one of the best I have had. This is NOT a no haggle dealership so if this is an I just bought a 2015 Crosstrek and I have to say the sales process was one of the best I have had. This is NOT a no haggle dealership so if this is an issue for you, im sorry. During the negotiation process I could tell these guys were honest. They weren't employing any of the typical dirty tricks and I could tell they genuinely wanted to exceed my expectations, which they did. They promised a delivery date, kept me informed and actually made good on the delivery! They scheduled my pickup so they could spend a lot of time with me explaining the car. Evan when the business office tried to sell me warranties and add on items they didn't use scare tactics to get me to buy, Its the little things such as honest salesmanship that I appreciate. In a world where companies will use scare tactics and shady business to get your money, these guys are different. You can tell the management tries to employ good sales people with a culture of good business. As most of us know, this is difficult to do in the car business. Thanks Quality Subaru More
