This is the fourth car I have purchased at Quality Subaru. Always a great experience! We have owned five Subarus, and each and every one of them was loved and turned out to be great cars! This is a great dealership: the service department is excellent and will always take care of whatever issue your car may have. And the sales department is bar-none! I have never had a bad experience. Great service and honesty deserves the customer loyalty Quality Subaru has! Joe Blichfeldt sets the tone for this great dealership! I haven't bought a new SUV in 16 years. Quality Subaru was my choice of dealerships, because there was no pressure . Ralph Aquino was kind, helpful, and very patient. Ralph went out of his way to find the car I was looking for to test drive. He was knowledgeable and seems to truly enjoy helping customers. He organized the delivery of my new Forester and took lots of ti for to test drive. He was knowledgeable and seems to truly enjoy helping customers. He organized the delivery of my new Forester and took lots of time explaining the features and making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. Ed secured a loan for me at an excellent rate and gave me time and information to decide on an extended warranty and service plan that worked. He was respectful and friendly. I am looking forward to continuing the positive working relationship with Quality Suburu as I move to interactions with the service department. More

I leased a Subaru Forester 3 years ago from another dealership and was not happy with my sales or service experience so I decided to test out Quality Subaru for my service. I have been going there for dealership and was not happy with my sales or service experience so I decided to test out Quality Subaru for my service. I have been going there for approx 2 years and Paul and the rest of the service department has always been very friendly and helpful. Fast forward to present...my lease was up and I decided to try Quality Subaru for my new vehicle. I was happy with the Subaru brand so I wanted to turn my lease in and purchase a new 2014 Forester. From the minute I walked into the showroom, Gary and the rest of the staff made me feel like I had known them forever and that they really cared about making sure I was happy with my choice. I have always HATED the whole car buying experience, but they managed to make it fun! I have never had such a positive experience and would highly recommend this dealership for all sales and service needs! More

I was somewhat fearfull of buying a car for myself because it has not been a comfortable experience in the past. From the first warm handshake from Chad to the "call us if you need anything at all" f because it has not been a comfortable experience in the past. From the first warm handshake from Chad to the "call us if you need anything at all" from Ralph, it was a great experience that I will tell others about!! I felt no pressure and really felt as though the salespeople were there to help me not help their stats. I will recommend this dealership to my friends. Since we didn't price the car elsewhere, we didn't have anything to measure against for "price" rating. Experience was very good and everyone very accomodating to a holiday closing. I had a very efficient and straightforward sales experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and I indicated that I was interested in a best price quote and would be receiving quotes from several deale experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and I indicated that I was interested in a best price quote and would be receiving quotes from several dealers. Quality Subaru beat other quotes without the back and forth with the manager routine which is so tiresome. The price and the overall experience were favorable and not at all unpleasant. More
