Worst experience ever. We were sold by Alex Prieto a car that when we got home realized that didn't have 3 features that he told us were included. Next day we went to the d We were sold by Alex Prieto a car that when we got home realized that didn't have 3 features that he told us were included. Next day we went to the dealer and spoke to him and his manager, Gen Ferrugio. They accepted there was a mistake from their side and apologized and they told us that if they received a new car with these features they would change ours at no cost. Next day they did received a new car with these features we are talking about, but they requested us 600 usd to swap the car. As we thought this was unfair from the first moment, we tried to speak to the general manager, Edward Downing, which I called him 3 times and left messages consecutively without any answer from him. We are pretty disappointed, frustrated and annoyed with this experience and by this time we would never recommend anyone to buy a car from Nissan. We also were treated unfairly and in some point treated as liars. Awful experience. More
