As always my Service Advisor Amie Marshall did an excellent job of listening to my considers pertaining a rattle in exhaust. She even correctly diagnosed the cause of the problem over the phone. She set up an appointment date and time that was convenient for me. I alway trust her judgement and advice when it comes to the care of both of my BMWs(2011 Z4 & 2018 430i). For my future cars, BMW of Fort Washington is my Dealership, Ed Fallon is my salesman and Amie Marshall is my Service Advisor. BMW of Fort Washington should be proud that they have a dynamic duel in Amie Marshall and Ed Fallon. I took my BMW for service yesterday and was very pleased with the friendly and top notch service I received from Rich Lanci, Amy Marshall and Ben Ammar and also the crew that greets you when you drop off yo with the friendly and top notch service I received from Rich Lanci, Amy Marshall and Ben Ammar and also the crew that greets you when you drop off your car and brings you the loaner car. Rich discussed the scope of service I needed and Amy kept me updated on the work being done. Ben greeted me when I returned to pick up the car. He is dedicated to customer satisfaction and there to help with anything you need. I highly recommend BMW of Fort Washington. More
