He is a true professional and clearly so knowledgeable about these vehicles. Carlos Ortega facilitated the sale with Ed, and Carlos went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. Carlos was so kind and really no other dealerships even came close to the deal and price that he offered. Greg Tufankjian is the most personable dealership owner who really takes it upon himself to directly help all of his clients. He checked in many times to make sure my experience at Braintree Toyota was a positive one.
