Ed Hayes kept in communication with us throughout the process of ordering and receiving our new car, and when the car was delivered, Ed and Joey made the process of turning in our previous lease vehicle process of ordering and receiving our new car, and when the car was delivered, Ed and Joey made the process of turning in our previous lease vehicle and receiving the new lease very seamless. Ed even noticed that one of the passenger seats was loose and wouldn't lock into place, so he took the care to make sure it was fixed by the service team before releasing it to us.
