I rarely leave reviews and almost never leave good reviews. In fact I assume every 5 star review I read for a car dealership is written by a bot or paid for. I am not a bot! And received nothing extra for writing this review. This was the least painful/frustrating car buying experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t add any “market adjustment” to the price of the car despite every other dealership in a 50 mile radius of my house admitting they do add an additional fee due to the scarcity in the car I was looking for. They did, however, change the price I was paying for the car in the middle of signing documents. They actually took an additional $500 off from msrp for military appreciation without me asking. I’ll be back here if I’m ever in the market for another Toyota. I wish I could name the employees who helped me specifically but my memory is terrible and again… I’m not a bot More

This is my 5th vehicle we have bought from Toyota of Braintree . Everybody at the dealership is so polite . Everybody is dressed very nice with dress shirt and tie . Being my 5 th vehicle purchase I have had all different salesmen . Every one is just as good as the other . Credit dept. is also great people to deal with . The atmosphere is the dealership is very comfortable from every employee . I highly recommend coming to this dealership . More
