We took the car in for its first oil change and tire rotation and were offered the option of Quick Lane for our service by Ed Roberts. We were in, service and car wash completed, and out in under one hour. Thanks to all for the enjoyable experience! More

Great Dealership My check engine light had come on and off on my truck for over a year. I bought the truck 2011 in TX and since then have probably taken it 5 or 6 dif My check engine light had come on and off on my truck for over a year. I bought the truck 2011 in TX and since then have probably taken it 5 or 6 different dealerships for service. None of them compare to the service that I got a Bozard Ford. They diagnosed my problem and did the repair in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend them. More

We walked up, and Ed Roberts knew us by name (we had not seen him for anything except maintenance services in...ever )! Everyone in service at the dealership and at quick service were smiling and appeared to be HAPPY in their roll in customer service. It is a delight to be around people that want to be working where they are! We will continue to drive the 45 miles (one way) to have our maintenance services done .. even an oil change is worth the drive. More
