It was a "no brainer" to go back to Planet Honda. We had such a great experience dealing with Eddie Amorin and Stephen March! There were not "pushy", and told us to even take our time with our decision. Stephan is a great guy, and is always there for you. I normally dread dealing with car salesmen, but these guys make it a "painless" experience. Very laid back, which makes the customer feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Planet Honda to anyone! More

But from the moment I stepped into Planet Honda I felt like I was the most important person in the room, and that feeling persisted throughout the entirety of my time spent there. The Manager, Eddie Amorin, was very tuned in to my specific needs and worked with me on the amount I told him I was comfortable paying. He NEVER seemed to try and sell me anything that was more for his benefit than mine. He carefully regarded my financial situation and came up with the perfect solution, even letting me in on some information regarding leasing that would have not been in my best interest, even though it would have been an easy sale for him. Once my needs were established and met with the car that would be perfect for me, according to MY criteria and within my financial comfort zone, he turned me over to the capable hands of Tim Ciasulli Jr., who took me for a test drive, patiently answered ALL of my questions, and went out of his way to make sure that the car I was test driving was the best car for me. And I had a LOT of questions. But to Tim's credit, and Eddie before him, I NEVER felt rushed to make a decision. Whenever I was given a satisfactory answer to any question, I was immediately asked if there were any other questions. Every nuance of the car's options and features was explained carefully and completely by Tim. By the time we got back inside the Dealership, I was convinced this was the best car for me. After signing on the dotted line, with my commitment in hand, it would have been easy for them to have shuffled me off to the next person to process the sale. But Tim stayed with me every step of the way, letting me know each and every step of the process. And Eddie kept coming by to make sure I was satisfied with everything, and asking me if I had any additional questions. When all was finished and I was ready to take possession of the car, Tim actually helped me by setting up the Pandora/Bluetooth/Phone functions, and even offered to have their guy take the sticker off the window (that glue would have been a nightmare!). The finance guy was also very helpful and answered all questions in a concise and complete fashion. One thing about Planet Honda.....EVERYONE you run across has a smile on their face and a cheerful greeting! Even in the service area. These people don't want to sell you a car, they want to establish a relationship with you for the rest of your car buying life. And it's not patronizing one bit, as I am convinced from speaking to several people there, and especially Tim Ciasulli and Eddie Amorin, that they genuinely care about you and your car buying experience. It's their genuineness that makes me a happy customer, and one who enthusiastically encourages others to buy there. I offered to create a testimonial as thanks to everyone in their team, this was not solicited. I simply value excellent customer service, and these people provide it in a way that exceeded my expectations by a long shot. They set the bar pretty high. More

I had been to a few dealers trying to get my new Honda pilot at the payment I can afford. However, the other dealers had made me feel like a dollar sign to be taken advantage of. I started to feel like i would never get my truck and was losing hope. But i had heard about this nice big dealership "Planet Honda" a few times that offers really good price. Planet Honda Should have been my first stop. I only wish i had come here first. I walked in and was greeted by Steven March. He made me feel very welcome and the atmosphere was bright and airy with some music. We got right down to business no games and no back and forth. As a single mom my time is very valuable. I got the truck for way less per month then other dealers had offered. Without the stress. From start to finish 1 hour 30 min and I was gone with my new Honda pilot ex-l. From the beginning to end Tim took very good care of us. My daughter Jane owns a 2008 Honda Accord and I bought the white 2dr Honda Accord 2014. This was my first car purchase on my own and needless to say I was very nervous. I heard only good things about Planet Honda on various websites and people and decided to look there. From the second I walked in I knew I made the right choice. I dealt mainly with Eddie Amorin and felt very comfortable and taken care of with him. He helped make my choice very simple. I ended up with an Accord coupe and couldn't of been happier with my choice and the service I received at Planet Honda. Not to mention, a great deal!!
