He knew everything about the vehicle and was able to present it in avery professional manner. Additionally he made me and my family feel very comfortable during the entire sales process from test drive to delivery. From now on whenever I am in the market for a Honda or have any friends in need of a new car, I will send them to see Carlos Akira Shibata and Eddie Amorin at Planet Honda.
