I had a very bad experience with the sales people at this dealer ship. They lied and pulled a bait and switch on me. I talked to a sales person the night before - they had the car I wanted and the colors I w dealer ship. They lied and pulled a bait and switch on me. I talked to a sales person the night before - they had the car I wanted and the colors I was interested in, and I was given a price - not including fees and taxes and a written letter stating that they would beat any proveable offer by $500. I went to see them in good faith and the first problem was that the apparently they did not have the colors I was interested in, Apparently their internet people are lazy(according to the sales person and don't really know anything.) Fine - we tried to negotiate for the color they had, he added almost $5000 in taxes and bogus fees to the price I was given. I had a written signed quote from another dealership for lower than their quote, only they did not have the color I wanted, and I had seen good reviews for Planet Honda, so I thought let me try. But they refused to honor anything, and were rude on top of it. They kept coming up with BS excuses as to why my written quote was no good. The salesman had the nerve to complain about my attitude and kept asking me if had ever bought a car before. This would have been my third. The manager Eddie, refused to even talk to me. A big waste of time. This would have been my second Odyssey, but I will have to rethink. Go someplace else don't waste your time here. They are rude and unprofessional. More
