TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and treatment of veteran and cash customer. No consideration for their mistake in loss of use of your vehicle and or wages to take off work and go to the DMV multiple times for them to argue with them about the incorrect paperwork. More

I had a great experience with Fair Oaks Lincoln in Naperville, when I went to trade in my car! From Justin who originally got me in the door to Eddie who spent countless hours with me, (basically clo Naperville, when I went to trade in my car! I LOVE the no pressure part, which allowed me to “sleep on it”. I then went in the next day, (unfortunately Eddie had the day off), but Jorge was there to reassure me and answer any last minute questions before I went into the finance department to seal the deal! I’ve always taken my Lincoln there for service, and will continue to do so with my new one! Fair oaks Lincoln took what could be a painful experience, to a PAINLESS, PLEASANT, FUN experience, which will always keep me coming back as another satisfied customer!! More
