Eddie, my service guy is and was great Eddie, made sure that my appointment for a recall was painless...a loaner was available the car was ready earlier then expected and he could not have Eddie, made sure that my appointment for a recall was painless...a loaner was available the car was ready earlier then expected and he could not have been nicer!!!...frankly, if the rest of the agency was as considerate as he is, I would be a buyer of Mercedes, but my experience with the sales portion has been disappointing...since I purchased my 2012 GLK 350 from Autohaus, I have purchase five luxury cars, but known from Autohaus...Sy taxman More

Terrific service! Had issues with a dead battery. Eddie and I can't remember the name of the gentleman who came to my house to start the battery were very helpful and Had issues with a dead battery. "Service B" more affordable My husband and I both drive Mercedes. We have primarily been using the dealership closest to our home for years for our automotive needs. My husband My husband and I both drive Mercedes. We have primarily been using the dealership closest to our home for years for our automotive needs. My husband ran across a coupon on the web for "Service B" at Autohaus. However even the base price of the service was significantly less than what we have been accustomed to paying. He took his car there a few weeks ago and was pleased with the reduced cost and overall experience. This week I took my C300 in for the same work. Autohaus also noticed a brand new recall and took care of that (steering rack issue) while my car was there. We are shocked by the price difference of several hundred dollars.
