On my way back from a work event my back tire was low stopped in so they can fill the tire with air when we discovered there was a huge nail - looked like a huge nail from construction site that was in my tire. Ryan knew i was on a time constraint and quickly helped by getting me a loaner so that i could come back and pick up car later. He verified with the system and informed me i had coverage for my tires. He was quite helpful and i did appreciate his quick turnaround time for the services. I was able to pick up my vehicle right after work all on the same day. The service department is always polite and professional which i do appreciate. More

I took my car to another dealership, Loeber Motors (where I purchased the car earlier this year!) and had a very poor service experience. I told a few people and they said go to Autohaus on Edens. My gosh, f I purchased the car earlier this year!) and had a very poor service experience. I told a few people and they said go to Autohaus on Edens. My gosh, from the minute I pulled in the service was stellar! Eddie was fantastic with communication and took care of items I had concerns about... items I didn’t know I needed fixed...and he fixed the issue the other dealership told me that they couldn’t because it was an aftermarket “add on”....that they included in the original “For Sale” listing they posted!
