I have known Eddie for years and he continues to be a support in answering all of your questions, very sincere and extremely honest. This dealership gives you the positive feeling that they care and then they show it. Long after the sale, they are still there for you. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He didn't pressure us to buy and answered any questions we needed to know. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Also, the General Sales Manager, Matt Bazinet was very friendly and courteous too. I love our new car and would recommend it to any of our friends. It rides great and worth the price. Again, we are very satisfied with the outstanding customer service we received from everyone involved. More

I bought the first one 5 years ago and had little problems with the KIA over 5 years. Truly, everything is warranted bumper to bumper 5 years or 60,000 miles. Everyone at this dealership is professional, smiling and treat you very professionally. They make you feel at ease when shopping for a car. My first car was a Sorento and so is my second vehicle. hey go out of their way to please you. I can't say enough about my salesman Eddie Gilbert. He spends all the time you need to make a decision. I bought my first vehicle from Matt Banizek who is now the sales manager. He assisted in closing the deal and remembered my wife and I. Also, Scott Raffensberger assisted with the finance. These are all great people who are still at the dealership 5 years later. Just a great family to be part of. The service center is the same. You are always treated with the upmost care. Eddie Gilbert is such a great salesperson and is so knowledgeable about the KIA Optima and answered all my questions. I had postponed car shopping because I never felt like I received a good deal and always felt rushed to make a decision (at other dealerships). Eddie Gilbert did not pressure me at all. I have owned my KIA Optima for ten days now and Eddie even followed up with a courtesy call to me to see if I had any questions, etc. I am enjoying my KIA Optima and all the features and options it has at a very affordable price. Everyone at Myrtle Beach KIA is very friendly and helpful. Even though I live in NC, I will probably drive to Myrtle Beach KIA to service my car. That should tell you how satisfied I am with them. In my opinion, the people at Myrtle Beach Kia are the BEST. I have owned many vehicles and the sales and service departments at this Kis dealership are" top of the line".
