Service staff was great. Love the video explaining work needing to be done. Appointment process was frustrating though. I REALLY miss having a dealership and service facility in Chamblee. This service appointment turned into an all day...45 minute drive each way to the service center plus 5 hours waiting for my car. (I expected 2 to 3 hours) Had this been closer to home I could have gotten a ride back home and returned later to pick up my car. I will probably have to find an independent shop closer to home/work for the future repairs as logistics are just too difficult. I browsed the cars on the lot while waiting and spoke with two different sales associates. Both were helpful and allowed me to browse. More

I've not been to the dealership in person - I originally purchased my Mazda at Jim Ellis Mazda Atlanta. Since they closed that location I've been using the pick up/porter service to have my CX-5 serviced. I purchased my Mazda at Jim Ellis Mazda Atlanta. Since they closed that location I've been using the pick up/porter service to have my CX-5 serviced. It's been an easy experience and it certainly makes life easier to have it done on a work day. Eddie has been communicative for service appointments in terms of anything that needs to be addressed. Very pleased overall. More
