Scheduled service 3 weeks out. Had to tell service manager 3 or 4 times what I wanted repaired and to ignore other findings. Manager seemed unable or unwilling to understand repair request and quoted for and attempted to schedule all repairs until the service ticket was flatly denied. Service manager seemed unsympathetic to customer’s needs (moving out of state within a few days). There wasn’t the promised loner car. More

Had a transmission fluid leaking out a vent. Service advisor called and wanted me show them the exact place it was leaking. This is a good thing and wish all dealerships would do this. Found the transmission was overfilled on the last service. They took responsibility and repaired the problem. Daniel was an excellent service advisor. Had the car for 7 days which is not great but manageable. This is a big improvement over the last time the car was here. My confidence has been raised. More
