Every time I arrive at the dealership, there is an employee waiting outside to service my vehicle. On this particular day, I brought in two vehicles and he got me in and out on each car in less than employee waiting outside to service my vehicle. On this particular day, I brought in two vehicles and he got me in and out on each car in less than 30 minutes. He advised me to go and have a seat, because he guaranteed a quick turn around. It was amazing. He was spot on, and had both my vehicles serviced as fast as the technician could do it. He was so professional, kind, and you have an effective team on hand. More

I was quite disappointed with the service I received. Trouble shooting an intermittent electrical problem is a challenge, but the actions taken did not address the situation. The only action taken was t Trouble shooting an intermittent electrical problem is a challenge, but the actions taken did not address the situation. The only action taken was to check to see if a drain was occurring from the battery. Given that the condition did not exist at the time, a drain was not to be expected. A better solution would have been to do the check when the problem was present, which it was the first time I exited the vehicle after it was serviced. (Dash lights not going off after exiting the vehicle and closing the door). It was suggested that I make sure I close the door when exiting! (REALLY?) Also, I had an oil change and the oil life indicator only reset to 82%. Why? I was not told about this. More
