Poor customer service and communication. I made apt 3wks in advance. I dropped off at 730am and didn't hear anything all day. Called at 535pm and was told it needed to stay overnight. Nothin I made apt 3wks in advance. I dropped off at 730am and didn't hear anything all day. Called at 535pm and was told it needed to stay overnight. Nothing had been done to it. Picked up next day and still nothing done that was discussed. Having an issue with transmission and gears stick, was told I would have to leave my truck for several weeks to look at that. I asked to schedule a day and the technician would know they were looking at my truck that day and was told that's not how it works... why do we make an appointment then? Was given excuse that they were short handed. I understand that, but why no phone call telling me they would have to keep my truck overnight when I was waiting for phone call to pick it up? More
