She was super kind and would not let me leave with a car that wouldn't be safe. I test drove one car last week and decided to try for another car later. Mrs. Ilene called me and told me that a new used car had come in that was in my budget. She was so sweet and kind about it. She told me the price over the phone and I went in, test drove, and purchased the car with zero issues. The car had some minor details that needed fixed, and they included that (no extra fee) with my purchase. My car is beautiful and I cannot tell you enough how wonderful this dealership was to me. More
