Cape Coral Dodge contacted me about a recall for my Dodge charger, the recall pertained to the airbags.They set up an appointment at nine on a Tuesday. We showed up at the scheduled time and were told it would be a few hours. After a few hours, we called to check on the status and were told that it would not be ready. I asked them to call me when it was ready. At end of business day I contacted and they told me it would be ready the next day and they would contact me. The next day came around and nobody had contacted me by 3 PM. I contacted our representative and he assured me that they would get it done and he would contact me. On the sixth day that they had the car the dealership called to let us know they had to take our car seat out to complete the recall, and they noticed there was a camera in the back, if they hadn’t contacted before day six, that leads me to believe they didn’t even start until then. That was the only communication that we received from the dealership. After back-and-forth for eight days, they finally got the issue fixed. No communication back-and-forth, anytime I needed to figure something out I had to call them. And I was without a car for eight days. When I asked them on day four the status I asked about a rental car and why they didn’t offer one from the start. At this point, I could not go get a rental car because they had my car and I was relying on family for transportation. When we picked the car up, they were unprofessional, many of the employees were just sitting around on their cell phone scrolling, it was next to impossible to find anyone to help us. Which is frustrating as there were a bunch of people sitting around on their cell phone that worked there. After finally finding big Mike, who was our representative, he haughtily asked me to sign, no apologies, no explanation. After signing the recall information, he handed me the keys and said do you know where your car is? I told him no and that I would like him to bring the car around. He found a porter and interrupted their scrolling time to go get the car. This whole experience was just sad. I take the car to the dealership where I bought it from which is 30 minutes from where I live because they have always given me good service. I hope that this changes and that this review really makes you think introspectively about your dealership and how you practice business. You left a young family without a car for eight days with no communication, no explanation, and no apologies. We will be purchasing a car in the next couple years for our second vehicle replacement and I will not be returning to this dealership. More

Llevé mi camioneta al dealer únicamente porque tenía la luz de “check engine” encendida por nivel bajo de DEF. La camioneta no tenía ruidos, no tenía fugas, no olía a diésel y no presentaba ninguna falla m luz de “check engine” encendida por nivel bajo de DEF. La camioneta no tenía ruidos, no tenía fugas, no olía a diésel y no presentaba ninguna falla mecánica. A partir de que el vehículo estuvo en manos de este concesionario, comenzaron problemas que nunca existieron antes. Durante el tiempo que estuvo en el taller (del 19 al 26 de noviembre), se me informó que mi camioneta tenía “muchos problemas” en el sistema EGR y escape, lo cual posteriormente se demostró que NO era cierto, ya que no existían códigos reales relacionados con esas fallas. Al recoger la camioneta, inmediatamente noté: • Silbido anormal • Pérdida de potencia • Olor fuerte a diésel/escape dentro de la cabina • Sensación de que el motor estaba “ahogado” Posteriormente descubrí que: • Me dejaron desconectado el sensor de presión del aire acondicionado • El compresor no funcionaba porque ellos mismos lo dejaron desconectado • Se detectaron piezas dañadas y mal instaladas Lo más grave es que, tras revisar físicamente el vehículo y documentarlo con fotos, se evidencia que: • Me cambiaron piezas y me instalaron componentes USADOS, oxidados y visiblemente viejos • Bridas y flanges del escape reutilizadas, marcadas y sin limpieza adecuada • Ensambles desalineados, provocando fugas de escape y presión • Componentes del turbo manipulados, con marcas claras de desmontaje • Trabajo que no cumple estándares de un concesionario oficial Estas piezas NO estaban así antes de llevar la camioneta al dealer. Tengo pruebas fotográficas que respaldan todo lo anterior. Para empeorar la situación, un manager del departamento de servicio me llamó directamente para pedirme que borrara la reseña, en lugar de resolver el problema y asumir responsabilidad. Esto es completamente inapropiado y poco ético. Como resultado de esta negligencia: • He perdido tiempo de trabajo • He tenido que gastar más de $3,500 de mi bolsillo • Mi camioneta ahora presenta fallas que fueron creadas por el propio dealer He visitado tres concesionarios distintos (Cape Coral, Fort Myers y Punta Gorda) y ninguno ha querido hacerse responsable del daño causado por este dealer, aun estando el vehículo en garantía. Esta reseña se publica para: • Alertar a otros clientes • Dejar constancia pública de lo ocurrido • Exigir una solución real y profesional No recomiendo Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Mi experiencia demuestra falta de ética, mala práctica mecánica y cero responsabilidad. More
