I felt that he worked hard to get us the best deal he could. I give Richard 5 stars. The only reason I only chose 4 stars was because we felt our car was not rated correctly. We took good care of the Nissan we drove and felt it should have been rated very good instead of good. You might not think that would make much difference, but to us, we fill $2,000 does make a big difference. We’ve had the car a couple of days now and are loving it. I hope Richard knows how much easier he made the car buying experience for us. He truly was wonderful to work with. More
