My experience was very pleasant. I thought Edgar and Traci were the best. They made buying a car fun. They went far and above to make me satisfied. I would come back again. We were greeted by Edgar who presented the car we were interested in within minutes and not once was there any pressure to purchase that day. He asked questions and effectively listened to our plans for the future purchase. Edgar alone, was the reason we chose Subaru. Once we decided on the Forester, Edgar made the ordering transaction simple by conducting the order via online and communication via text messaging. We cannot express enough our thanks to Edgar for making our purchase simple and easy. Edgar has become part of our family and will most assuredly be referring Edgar to family, friends and coworkers. It was a pleasure doing business with Tucson Subaru, CJ Nichols and Tracy the finance person. We felt very informed from start to finish with CJ and Tracy. CJ is an excellent salesman. Previously we purch Nichols and Tracy the finance person. We felt very informed from start to finish with CJ and Tracy. CJ is an excellent salesman. Previously we purchased an Ascent from him by him, (which we kept) being the recommend salesperson. We just purchased our Outback Ltd. from him. I have had very positive dealings with the service department in our past purchase and am expecting it to only get better! More

We asked for a set out the door price, which was about $2,700.00 below the sticker price but also was the fair market price on KBB. We had already been pre approved through a credit union and had a down payment ready along with a potential trade-in. We were also under the impression they were going to crunch numbers on another vehicle too so we had that option as well. I had asked for the dealer's inspection form for the car and noted that during the test drive there was a light on the dashboard that I wanted to know what it was for. The inspection form wasn't provided yet and Edgar came back with a paper with a breakdown of the estimated monthly payments along with sticker price and additional fees listed. The sales guy asked us if they agreed to work on the out the door pricing we were asking for, then would we be willing to sign that paper and agree we will take the car home today. I asked why they would ask that and why it would matter what day we would take it home. I told them I was not signing anything until the price I was asking for was agreed on and told them if they couldn't offer it that's fine we will leave. Sales came back with what we thought was a Sales Manager but was actually a finance manager, Louie Ascencio. He did not introduce himself, and sat down to start reiterating what each cost was on the paper. I stopped him and told him first I wanted to know what the light on the dashboard meant before further discussing pricing because I had looked it up in the few minutes we were waiting and it looked like it could be a costly fix. The guy initiated at it just being an indication there is pressure on the passenger seat but not enough for the airbag to turn on and that's all it was. I went on to say I don't think that is the case because the additional indicator on the car showed the passenger airbag on while that other light remained on. He ignored me and went on to explain the cost breakdown to me. He confirmed I was using my own financing and wouldn't be going through theirs and moved on to each cost. I said I wasn't going to pay the sticker price. He then pointed to the sticker price on the paper and asked me "why is this number here" I answered "because that's the sticker price". His response was "right, so you want me to sell you this car for $2,700.00 less than the sticker price?". My husband answered "yeah", then the guy stood up and said "well have a nice day then" and walked away. We followed behind and left. We never looked, or got the option to see, the total breakdown for the other car which was actually priced less and wouldve been in our ballpark that we were asking for the first car in. They could've had a sell and a great review, but the financial manager ruined it for the sales guy and the dealership with his unprofessional attitude. More
