Have bought 4 cars from here, have them all serviced here. Always get timely appointments, always treated with respect, and have never had any issues. Will never go anywhere else. here. I needed the shuttle service for this appointment. Edwin got me checked in at 0730 and discussed the service needs. Mo got me home along with 2 other riders in Denton. He apologized for the extended trip advising they were short handed of drivers. Edwin called me at noon advising the vehicle was ready and discussed the service and answered my question about brake life. Everything was good. I asked for the shuttle to pick me up and Edwin advised he would arrange it. They would call me when they arrived. TWO hours later I called Edwin back wondering about the shuttle. There was no answer so I called serivce and was told Edwin was on lunch break. I advised I had requested the shuttle pick up two hours earlier and wondered where they were on it. I was advised they were short of porters and had not gotten to me yet. I'm about half an hour away in Flower Mound so I said I would arrange my own ride and to call the porter and cancel the pick-up. I was shocked when I was told they were not even on their way to get me. I'm sure my comment, "what?!" made it clear I was not happy. The woman I spoke to apologized again advising of the lack of staff. So why no call or notice up front of the delay to be expected? I had other business to attend to but waited for my ride for over two hours. One of the primary reasons I continue to request my service at James Wood is for the shuttle service. I saw the value to me and the other customers that were dropped off at either their place of work or home. Single people, people with one vehicle, etc. cannot on short notice arrange for their own rides. Staff shortage I understand. Not calling to tell me is dropping the ball. Mike Dunn More
