Wendell was great! He was helpful, patient, and wasn’t a pushy sales guy. I have one complaint regarding the dealership as I didn’t know about some of the warranty on the car until after signing the majority of the paperwork which was extremely misleading and almost made me walk out on the sale after 4 hours there. I think there needs to be more training on certain specifics with certain cars. But this has no reflection on Wendell he was 10/10! More

I’ve lived in Orlando for over 15 years and been to several dealerships and my best experience by a landslide has been here, thanks to Saif. I had spent several days looking for a car because I wanted to trade mine in, but was struggling to find the right car, and the right person to sell me the car. I had gotten off work and actually gone to another dealership to go check out a car there but it had been sold by the time I got there. So I left and I was initially bummed but I told myself I would go home and continue the search another day. As I was on my way home from the previous dealership, I just happened to drive by Don Mealey Sport Subaru. From the minute, I walked in, Saif welcomed me with the warmest smile and seemed genuinely excited to help me find exactly what I was looking for. We had the most fun test drive of some beautiful cars, and he was definitely the most knowledgeable person I’ve been on a test drive as well- he went above and beyond to explain different features of the car, how the engine is designed and works, etc. When everyone’s “favorite part,” (I’m being facetious) came around -aka, the financing- it took a couple days to finalize the deal since the banks were closed over the weekend. I can be a pretty anxious person, and honestly I was kind of losing my mind playing the waiting game lmao but i would play the game again if Saif was the one guiding me through it. He eased my mind at every step of the way, going above and beyond to make the process feel as smooth as possible. With Saif talking me through it and keeping my spirits up, and with John and Hector (the finance managers) doing anything and everything they could to work with me and help me get the perfect car. It’s been 2 days since I got my car thanks to Saif’s help and the amazing staff at Don Mealey Sport Subaru, and I couldn’t be happier.
